New year, excited me! On this short-ish solo episode, I’m sharing my 2020 vision — an Ali on the Run Show State of the Union of sorts. I talk about my personal and professional goals for this year, and reflect on my lululemon goal setting process. (Speaking of new: Come join the Ali on the Run Facebook group! great episode! more on the goal setting please 🙂
Excellent episode, I can relate for sure. But I can promise you; EVERYTHING gets harder as you get older.
When will you be doing a live podcast show in Atlanta? I’m going to the Olympic Marathon Trials to watch in person that weekend and I’d love to see the podcast show when I am there.
Friday (the day before the Trials race) at 10:15 AM at the Expo!
Loved this episode. I would be super interested in learning more about the goal-setting process you went through. I feel like I am in the same place you were – good, fine, but not super pumped about anything. Could you do a blog post about the process? Or a podcast?
This was the perfect episode for my run today! Last year I picked a word to work on throughout the year, and I didn’t do super well with it. This year I wanted to choose a new word, but I couldn’t quite put my finger on it. As you were talking, “connect” came into my mind. And then the more you talked about connecting, the more that word resonated with me. Thanks for helping choose a focus for this year!
Great episode!, really enjoyed it! My one goal this year is to fix my injury (I’ve had it over a year now) and the doctor’s can’t figure out exactly what it is (here’s to hoping!)
