  1. I loved this episode. I am am a slower runner and particularly appreciated hearing Greg’s answers where he provided multiple responses based on finishing time. Hearing advice tailored to back of the pack runners was really refreshing – thank you!

  2. That had to be the absolute best and most i formative episode ever! There has to be a part two of that!!!
