Fridays With Ellie: All Puppy Pictures, All The Time

No words today, just puppy pictures.

OK, maybe a few words.

Happy latest edition of “Fridays With Ellie!

You talkin' about me?!
You talkin’ about me?!

It’s been a mighty long week, but we’ve just about made it to the weekend. Hooray! Mine will include a run at some point, a trip to the dog park, and a much-needed massage (I checked and apparently the spa doesn’t offer a “Doggy Discount” for bringing your pup along, boo you whore).

No spa day for Ellie! Sorry!

That’s all I’ve got. Here’s what Ellie’s been up to this week…

She had a very busy week, as usual, what with all the sleeping and playing and sleeping and doing laundry and also sleeping.

Stripped sheets = puppy bed!

She looks miserable, but I assure you she was loving every second of this and was so comfy and didn't want to move. Girl has GOT to get a job soon...

As previously mentioned, we went to the dog park, which was fun for everyone!

Ellie continued to work on her skillz with Master Puppy Trainer Brian. This week they mastered “stay” (she’s so good at it now!), and Brian taught her some weird trick where she keeps her feet on a book and pivots around him and I don’t really get it, but it makes her seem very disciplined, which I appreciate.

Nightly training sessions! (This is Brian's perma-smile whenever he's around Ellie. It's pretty great.)

We went for plenty of walks in the neighborhood and through Central Park…

Note the cigar-like stick hanging out of her much. Such a lady.

And of course, Ellie spent loads of time snoozing, snuggling, posing, and getting her puppy beauty sleep.

Ellie also started to shed this week (seriously, out of nowhere), so that's fun for me and all my black clothing!

  1. Your family selfie is the best!! Going to the puppy park is one of our favorite things to do. It’s so fun watching Cocoa play with her buddies.

  2. Haha okay this post is amazing you guys are the best family ever I can’t believe how much she likes the vet how bizarre

  3. I know Ellie is the star of the show but it’s the giraffe that caught my attention – I guess she must have been running a LOT this week to need compression socks 🙂
