Last Workout of 2010!

I’m going out with a sweat this year.

Honestly, this whole year has been pretty hardcore as far as fitness goes.

I’ve run.

I’ve run a lot.

I’ve run faster than I thought I could run and I’ve run longer distances than I thought I could ever run.

I’ve tried new classes at the gym and beyond.

I tried hot yoga.

Now, on the last day of 2010, I’m heading out to take my fourth Refine Method class.

I took my third class last night. I felt great during the class, but by the time I got back to my apartment I realized I had done something wrong.

My back has been killing me.

I’m planning to take it pretty easy this morning and not do anything to further aggravate my back muscles.

The post-workout pedicure with Dori and Missy should help.

TELL ME: What are you doing on your last day of the year?

And stay tuned. Full 2010 recap to come this afternoon! It’s going to be a doozy. And by that I mean, it’s going to be pretty long. And fun to write!

  1. Boo for back pain, hopefully it’s just sore and goes away quickly.

I don’t know if I’m going to run today. Honestly, it’s to hot. Ha. According to my thermometer it is 76 out right now. I’ve been enjoying the cooler weather we had and now 76 sounds horrible to run in. Plus, I’m just feeling extra lazy. I should run to make up for all the wine I plan on consuming tonight. Hmm

    Happy New Year!

  2. Are you sure your back is hurt and not just sore? That class definitely works the back muscles a LOT so mine have been pretty sore. Hopefully nothing serious. So excited to take class with you today!

  3. By the way you accomplished so much this year! Amazing!! Love that we have blogs so we can keep track and remember these things.
